What do we provide?

The Caravan Bar can provide bar staff, glassware, ice and all barware associated with making delicious cocktails and drinks.

What drinks can you serve? 

We have a extensive menu which includes our infamous cocktails/mocktails, beer, cider, wine, champagne, spirits and soft drinks. Do let us know if there is something you would like to serve that is not listed here and let us work our magic.

Can I see your menu? 

We have a long, long list for you to choose from or suggest your own! Just drop us a message and we'll send you a copy of our most up to date menu.

 

What kind of glassware do you have? 

Our stemware (wine glasses and champagne flutes) are crystal Stolzle Weinland. Our tumblers, talls, martini's and champagne coupes are glass. We also have plastic biodegradable plastic options too. 

 

Do you do table service? 

Not usually, most clients prefer us to serve only from the Caravan Bar however please ask us when getting in touch about this service or any specific requirements.

What are the Caravan Bar dimensions?

The Caravan is approximately 2.5m high, 2.2m wide and 3.6m (12ft) long.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes!

 

Are your bar staff trained? 

Yes all of our bar staff are trained, have extensive experience working in bars, a great knowledge of cocktails and are super friendly so your guests will get great customer service.

 

Where are you based?

We are based in East Lothian, Scotland but we love a road-trip and are happy to travel if needed.

 

How much does it cost to hire our Caravan Bar?

Every event is different and not one price fits all. To find out a ballpark figure for your event please drop us a little message and let's talk!

Cocktails Parties, Bar Hire, Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate events, Brand launches.

Can I book you but without the Caravan Bar? 

Sure, just let us know what kind of bar you're looking for

we'll do our best to make it happen.

Can I book you to serve food and drinks?

Sure, we can do this but we would need to plan a menu that works well in a Caravan.
